  • Once confirmed, no return, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted for such bulk/customized orders.

  • For bulk orders, a 100% advance payment is required before processing. Orders will be produced and customized strictly as per customer requirements.

  • Any specific branding, white-label packaging, or customization must be clearly agreed upon before finalizing.

5. Reseller Policy

  • Before reselling Celestic Soul products either offline or online, resellers must obtain a written approval letter from us.

  • Unauthorized reselling of our products without approval may result in legal action.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • For retail purchases (non-bulk), returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
