Returns

  • Returns are only applicable for retail purchases. Bulk, corporate gifting, event, or reseller orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order details.

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns in the following cases:

    • Customized, made-to-order, or bulk orders.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm that it is in original, sealed, and unused condition.

  • If approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders, if the shipment is undelivered and returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the packaging and product.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
